... it all started with a love of good chocolate & a trip to amsterdam where we happened upon an old letterpress workshop, with drawer upon drawer of metal printblocks... after persuading the slightly eccentric owner to let us have a go we returned home with inky fingers & some chocolate ideas...which we’ve tinkered with late at night in our curious chocolate studio.

sao thome single origin, sao thome single origin cocoa (70%) - the cocoa in this deliciously dark bar is grown on a volcanic island just off the west coast of africa. It gives intense, aromatic chocolatey flavours with notes of roasted coffee (yum), malt and a slight hint of nuttiness.

arriba single estate, single estate (39%)- the cocoa comes from a valley in north west Ecuador, which results in a smooth, creamy chocolate with a surprisingly intense cocoa flavour, with subtle herby hints and a soupcon of spice.

Marmalade, (70% cocoa) chocolate blended with slivers of candied orange peel, it's a bit like a very posh chocolate orange - try it for breakfast!

crystallised ginger, (70% cocoa) a splendidly spicy blend of exotic ginger and dark chocolate.

Mint, (70% cocoa) a classic combination of deliciously bitter dark chocolate with cool, refreshing mint

caramelised almond, (70% cocoa) the caramelised almonds bring an air of sophisticated sugary/salty crunchiness to the dark chocolate
